ScriptSim Download

This is a gzip'ed tar file. Use the command 'tar -xvzf ' to extract. A README file in the top level gives the detailed installation instructions.

The PCI model is included in this download. It has been tested for 32-bit and 64-bit PCI.

Status:
Primary testing is currently done with Linux and the Modelsim/Questa Simulator. Other simulators such as Synopsys vcs are supported. Contact the developer regarding support of your platform, os, and simulator.
Python version 2.6 has been used in recent testing.
All current versions of tcl/tk should also run ok.
All current versions of perl should also run ok. 5.10.0 was most recently used.
You need to have gnu 'gcc' installed for compilation.

ScriptSim should work fine with any PLI compliant simulator (including VCS), and both Linux and Solaris distributions.
